Dear 888 Brothers and Sisters,

The SEIU Local 888 membership has spoken and it is my honor and privilege to announce to you that I will serve as your Union President for another three years.

Together, we accomplished great things in my first term and I look forward to building on those monumental successes.

We negotiated significant increases for our membership by sector that adjust wages reflective of inflation and recruitment and retention. We identified job titles for reclassification and moved discussion for departments to be recognized for class and compensation.

We participated in campaigns that restore dignity and respect for our workers.

We forged many partnerships with other unions through coalition building and worked closely with employers who see the value in union labor.

We lobbied for legislation regarding pension reform and the advancement of collective bargaining rights for workers.

My re-election is an endorsement of the achievements we made over the last three years and I cannot wait for what the future holds for all of us.

I'd like to thank my family for their unwavering support. I am grateful to the staff of Local 888 for their confidence in me. Their professionalism, patience, support, and institutional knowledge makes them the best team in labor. Thanks also goes to the EBOARD that advances with me and our Secretary Treasurer Marc Parker who is vital to the success of our local.

There is no other job I would rather do than advocate for the hard working men and women of Local 888. Onward and upward.
