SEIU Local 888 has awarded three $500 scholarships that allow a member, or someone in their immediate family, to use at a post-secondary school. The lottery winners included Maggie Potter, daughter of Suzanne Dulude-Potter, of the UMass Lowell chapter.
Other recipients were: Jim Whitaker, also from the UMass Lowell chapter, and Palesa Cochran-Allen, from the Boston Admin Guild.
