A coalition of unions is calling on the Baker administration to quickly set up a “Last Mile” Vaccine Delivery program for public school workers, which includes many Local 888 members. The coalition is asking union members to spread the word via social media and use an email action link to communicate with our elected officials.

The program would have:

• Firefighters and EMTs administer the vaccines.
• Vaccinations for school workers beginning soon.
• School workers vaccinated at the same time as others in the state’s Phase 2.
