Local 888 member William Lapsley was sworn in as a new Executive Board member by President Mark DelloRusso at the union's board meeting on May 17.  "I worked with Bill for years at the Lottery," said DelloRusso. "He will bring wisdom and integrity to our board and strong leadership to our union" Lapsley replaces Mike Kelly who recently retired.
