Andover School Cafeteria ratified a three year contract on May 31, 2012. The contract has significant language changes specifically language on work week and break time, this changes have made the contract stronger for our members and their rights. They will also receive a total of 5% wage increase in the next 3 years, there are also changes to the clothing allowance that are beneficial to our membership. The members on the negotiation team were Terrie Feole, Jennifer Evans and Joanne Swenson they did a fantastic job advocating for their fellow coworkers and stood strong to obtain the positive changes to make this a better contract.
