Members in both units ratified a 3 year agreements for 3%, 2%, and 2% with a new performance system which when implemented could provide members with up to an additional 2% for years 2 and 3 of the agreement. The Negotiating Committees were also able to maintain the current health care premiums and negotiate, a long over due market adjustment, for the Water Department’s “on call” rate as well as “on call” pay for the full-time Custodian for November to March due to the need to assist in snow removal.
