Contract Update (as of April 2, 2012):

The Quincy Housing Authority ratified their contract unanimously. Highlights of the contract include a 2.5% wage increase for each year of a 3 year contract; an additional $2,500 of sick leave buy back upon retirement; upgraded the Director of Maintenance position and continued employees' flex leave and additional vacation usage policies throughout the life of the contract.
